Update: Hopefield Avenue, Rathcoole
Progress continues at Hopefield Avenue, Rathcoole Drive, Newtownabbey, with the building of 103 new social homes.
An issue relating to utility connections has resulted in a delay in completing the first phases of this development and therefore allocations of these homes have not yet been made.
Once completion dates have been confirmed, allocations will be made following the rules of the Common Selection Scheme. Anyone wishing to be considered for these new homes, should contact their assessing landlord to ensure their details and circumstances are up to date and that they are on the correct waiting list.
