If you are an Apex tenant and wish to make any alterations to your home, please contact your Property Services officer at Apex. Permission may be granted, only after an inspection and assessment of the proposed works.

Home improvements carried out without consent
Where a tenant has carried out improvement works without the permission of Apex, consent maybe given retrospectively, provided the work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
If the work is sub-standard Apex will insist that the works are rectified to a satisfactory standard or returned to its original state.

On granting approval, Apex will not accept any liability arising from any incident or damage involving the improvements.
