Situation: Alexander House is purpose built to accommodate 20 Housing with Care Tenants. Situated in Bishop Street, it is within walking distance of the Diamond area and is in close proximity to the town centre, post office, churches and local taxi firm.

Individual Facilities: All Tenants have their own tastefully decorated private room with en-suite facilities. Tenants are encouraged to personalise their rooms and bring special items of furniture, for example, ornaments and pictures to enhance the warm, friendly and homely atmosphere.

Support & Care: The care and support needs of all Tenants are assessed by their allocated key worker upon admission to the scheme. Individual care and support plans are compiled for each Tenant and reviewed on a six monthly basis or sooner if needed. Where appropriate, after consultation with relevant persons, a referral may be made to the Trust for an additional care package to help maintain the tenant in the scheme.
