Apex encourages you to pay your rent by Direct Debit or Allpay Swipe card, however we will also accept payments by cash or cheque.
Ways to pay by cash or cheque
You can make rent payments in the following ways:

- by post

Any cash or cheque payments can be made in person at our offices.

If you are a resident of any Apex Sheltered or Supported Living developments, payments can be made in person to nominated staff at the development.
A receipt will be issued in relation to all payments made by cash or cheque.
By post
Do not send cash by post.
Cheques should be made payable to Apex. Please write your Apex account number or address on the reverse of the cheque. Cheques should be posted to our offices.
