Apex with Children in Crossfire

Since 2001 Apex has been working with Children in Crossfire (CIC), an international charity based in Derry~Londonderry, to fund various projects in Kenya and Tanzania.

All projects are initiated and carried out by local communities and CIC has a director in each country to oversee their work to make sure all funding is properly used and the project correctly managed when completed to benefit the wider community.

• Apex raises funding from a number of key sources:
• 'Give As You Earn' donations from staff salaries;
• fundraising activities organised by tenants/residents groups;
