Tenant engagement
Tenant engagement remains at the heart of Apex and is central to ensuring that tenants can make a real difference and have their say in our day-to-day service delivery.
Through its tenant engagement, Apex aims to:
- empower tenants;
- promote good relations;
- ensure equality of opportunity;
- improve service delivery; and
- support the development of sustainable communities.

Ways to get involved
Not all tenants and residents will want to participate in the same way, so we offer a variety of different options for you to take part in a way that best suits you.
Our menu of options outlines how, with the help of Apex staff, you can get involved on a day-to-day basis.
Connected Tenants
A Connected Tenant is a person who helps develop successful Apex communities, provides feedback to enable us to improve our services and allows the tenant and resident voice to be heard throughout the Association.
As a Connected Tenant you become a member of the Tenant Network, which meets every three months to discuss issues and upcoming events.
Why become a Connected Tenant?
As a Connected Tenant, you will benefit in the following ways:
- Enjoy socialising with others at meetings and events.
- Be supported to improve community spirit in your area or scheme.
- Feel more connected with other Apex communities.
- Have your say on the services provided by Apex.
- Ensure the ‘tenant voice’ is heard at the highest level.
