Describe what your job involves.
I make sure the needs of my residents are met and all required paper work is kept up to date. I also have to stay on top of any maintenance issues that arise and ensure the scheme is well maintained.
What do you like most about your job?
I have always enjoyed working with and caring for older people, and this job has enabled me to do this.

What advice would you give someone starting out in your career area?
Go for it! I have enjoyed almost 30 years with Apex doing a job I love. I wouldn’t change a thing!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to read, walk and go on city breaks.

A nurse

Take That with my teenage daughter.
