Winter edition of the Apex Observer published
The Apex Observer has just been published and is currently being distributed to thousands of tenants in our homes and supported living schemes throughout Northern Ireland.
This edition’s cover story features our exciting win at the Social Enterprise NI Awards in October.
Inside the newsletter you will find a story on an innovative mental health campaign created by two Strand Foyer residents; information about our £2m investment in warm homes and an article featuring our new apprentices who are learning on the job in our property services department.
You’ll also read about our work in developing ‘HAPPI homes’ for active elderly tenants and be able to check out our annual performance report and our new ‘Value for Money’ statement for the 2018-19 year.
As always, we will have updates and photos from events organised by our supported living schemes as well as coverage of our community building and good relations events held in communities across the province.
