Our cover story focuses on our continued efforts to support tenants as we face into a difficult winter, with information on our welfare advice service, new cost of living webpage, winter support newsletter and new tenancy support service.
Inside, you’ll read about our plans for new homes in Derry~Londonderry and Lisburn and find out how tenants are helping us improve our services by taking part in service reviews and acting as mystery shoppers.
You’ll also hear about the festive candles being made by Iona Houses in Strabane, our work with TILII to produce easy-read materials for tenants with learning disabilities and the celebration held to mark 50 years of the House in the Wells in Derry~Londonderry.
