With Covid-19 still prevalent in the community Apex is keen to ensure that everyone plays a role in reducing the potential spread of this infection.
Tenants are encouraged to play their part in helping to keep, themselves and everyone in the community safe by following the guidance in place.
Where contractors are completing work at your home on behalf of Apex and they are not wearing face coverings, tenants are asked to remind the contractors to wear them.
If face coverings are not worn or not available, as the tenant you have the right to refuse the tradesperson entry into your home.
