Welfare Advice Officer, Clodagh Holland, hosts a weekly welfare advice clinic in Skeoge Community Hub in Derry~Londonderry every Thursday morning 10am - 1pm.Tenant praises Skeoge welfare advice clinic

Apex’s weekly welfare advice clinic in Skeoge Community Hub has been praised by one local tenant who says the help she received left her feeling “at ease”.
As a new tenant, Mrs Smith* made an appointment to see Apex’s Welfare Advice Officer, Clodagh Holland, because she was apprehensive about changes to her benefits as a result of her new address.
Being new to the Skeoge area, I didn’t know where to turn for help. However, I was informed about the welfare advice clinic for Apex tenants at Skeoge Community Hub in Clon Dara which is just a short walk from my home.
Clodagh offered a kind listening ear and was able to help me with all the changes; and new applications for benefits I needed to make. I went to the appointment feeling very anxious, but left feeling at ease. I would thoroughly recommend making an appointment.
