This issue highlights the launch of Apex’s new three-year corporate strategy, ‘Where people thrive’, which sets out our plans to invest in homes, strengthen services and support communities between 2026 and 2029.
Inside, you can also read about new ways to manage your tenancy more easily through My Apex Online Account, which allows you to check your rent, report repairs and access services online at any time.

There are updates on housing developments across the North West, including families moving into new homes at Maple Glen and progress on a major development on the Springtown Road, which will deliver hundreds of new homes.
Interested in getting more involved as an Apex tenant? You can learn more about opportunities to have your say and help shape services through engagement activities and upcoming information sessions.

You’ll find helpful advice and support too, including information on managing the cost of living, moving to Universal Credit and accessing help from Apex’s Welfare Advice Team.
Alongside this, the newsletter highlights positive stories from across Apex communities – from award winning mental health services and scheme anniversaries to projects that bring people together, as well as the ‘Best of Apex’ staff awards. The latest Tenant Satisfaction Survey results also show where we’re performing well and where there is room to improve.
Finally, there are practical tips to help keep you safe at home, including the importance of regular electrical safety checks and advice on staying safe when barbecuing this summer.

If you currently don’t receive a hard copy of the newsletter and would like to request one, please contact our communications team on 028 7130 4800 or email communicationsteam@apex.org.uk.
