This edition’s cover story is an introduction to our new Good Relations Officers who will support tenants in our shared neighbourhoods across Northern Ireland.
Inside the newsletter you’ll find Covid related service updates including our plans for a ‘more normal service’, a return to our full community transport service and the establishment of ‘care partner’ roles in our care homes.
You will also read about our development success despite the pandemic including affordable homes recently completed in Clifton Park Avenue in Belfast, ministerial praise for a fantastic new development in Dungannon and an introduction to our newly appointed director of development.
As always, we will have updates and photos from events organised by our tenant participation team and activities happening in our supported living schemes, as well as coverage of our work to provide more cosy homes through boiler servicing and heating system upgrades.
Finally, you’ll find invaluable welfare advice and learn more about our new weekly benefits advice clinic in Skoege Community Hub in Derry~Londonderry.
If you currently don’t receive a hard copy of the newsletter and would like to request one, please contact Senior Communications Officer Alison McKenna on 028 7130 4800 or email info@apex.org.uk.
