Satisfaction survey: help us improve our services!
Over the coming weeks you may be contacted and asked to give your views on various aspects of your tenancy with us and how satisfied you are with our services.
This tenant satisfaction survey will be carried out by an external company called Perceptive Insight. Tenants from our general needs and sheltered housing will be selected at random and will receive a letter and possibly a phone call prior to completing the face-to-face survey.
We will interview over 1,500 tenants. If selected, we hope you will agree to take part in this important piece of research which will help us identify areas for improvement.
The results of the survey will be published in early 2024.
