Satisfaction survey: give us your views!
Over the coming weeks you may be contacted and asked to give your views on various aspects of your tenancy with us and how satisfied you are with our services.
This tenant satisfaction survey will be carried out by an external company called Perceptive Insight. Tenants from our general needs and sheltered housing will be selected at random and will receive a letter and text prior to completing the telephone survey.
We hope to interview approximately 1,200 tenants. If selected, we hope you will agree to take part in this important piece of research which will help us identify areas for improvement.
The results of the survey will be published before the end of the year.
