Review of anti-social behaviour pilot

Apex’s innovative anti-social behaviour pilot initiative has now been successfully completed and will be paused from Sunday 3 October 2021 to take into consideration the key outcomes and recommendations arising from the nine-month pilot. The use of Insec NI security service will also be paused from the same date.

Donna Matthewson, Apex Director of Housing, explains:

A comprehensive review will now be undertaken to determine whether our ability to prevent and tackle instances of anti-social behaviour was improved by having a dedicated team within Apex and using Insec NI’s out-of-hours service. In addition, we will also consider the outcomes from the 2021 Tenant Satisfaction Survey to determine where we need to improve anti-social behaviour services going forward.
