Inside this summer edition, you’ll find an update on our Tenant Network and Connected Tenants programme, including the launch of Apex’s new Tenant & Resident Engagement Strategy 2026–2029 and opportunities for tenants to influence services and decision-making. You can also read about our annual Tenant Celebration Event, which took place in Derry~Londonderry, and the launch of Apex’s new Corporate Strategy at its staff conference.
We’ve included stories and photographs from a wide range of activities and events held throughout the year, including the Roots to Remedies gardening programme, estate visits, health and wellbeing events, craft workshops, first aid training, Cook Along sessions, community celebrations, and a trip to Rathlin Island for Connected Tenants. You’ll also hear from Jackie Perry, who shares how becoming an involved and connected tenant has helped her build confidence, friendships and a fresh start.
The magazine also highlights this year’s Spring Competition winners, and provides information on the Community Spirit Grants Scheme, details about the Apex in Bloom competition, and support available through Apex’s wellbeing and welfare advice services.
Finally, you’ll find information about upcoming tenant meetings, community events and competitions, along with guidance on staying connected through Apex text messages, WhatsApp groups and My Apex Online Account, making it easier than ever to manage your tenancy and access services online.
