The winter edition of Apex’s Tenant Participation Newsletter was published recently, and all tenants will receive a hard copy along with their upcoming rent statement.

Inside the short newsletter you can read about how to get more involved as an Apex tenant – by becoming an active tenant, joining your local residents’ group, acting as a mystery shopper or by giving your views in our focus groups.
The newsletter also provides details about the upcoming Community Involvement Fund application window (1st – 18th February) for tenants interested in receiving financial support to organise local events or activities to boost community spirit.
Finally, the newsletter features some photos from last year’s Apex in Bloom competition and news about the recent road safety programme organised in the Skeoge area of Derry~Londonderry.
