Nominations open for ‘The Best of Apex’ Staff Awards
We have just launched ‘The Best of Apex’ Staff Awards and we want your help to recognise and celebrate the amazing people and teams who work to deliver our services.
The last few years have been a challenging period for everyone. So now seems like a fitting time to reflect on the fantastic work being done by our staff and teams across the organisation.
This is an opportunity to say THANK YOU to the entire Apex Team and to allow tenants, residents and members of the public to nominate specific individuals and groups who they feel are worthy of extra recognition. The winners will be announced in May 2023.

Award Categories
There are five award categories. You can submit as many nominations as you want, and you can also nominate the same person for more than one award. This is your chance to show your appreciation for a person or team that you feel have made a real difference.
Apex Allstar Award
This award recognises someone who embodies the values of Apex. They care, take ownership, do things well, work as part a team and show respect. They inspire others with their positive attitude and strive to make a real difference. They are a true ambassador for Apex.
Team Spirit Award
This award recognises the team who collaborate to get the best result. Working together, they are more productive and innovative and support each other to overcome obstacles. This can be a team in the same service area or a cross-cutting group that has worked together on a successful project or initiative.
Service Hero Award
This award recognises a staff member who understands what it means to provide first class customer service. They are courteous, focused on solutions and show that they care. This award is open to anyone who provides great internal and/or external customer service.
Dashing Debut Award
This award recognises a team member who has joined Apex in the last two years and made a real impact. Motivated, skilled and collaborative, this individual personifies the values of Apex and their positive influence inspires others.
Brilliant Boss Award
This award recognises a line-manager who inspires their team and supports them to take ownership and continuously improve. Consistent, fair and kind, this person remains calm under pressure and is committed to improving employee wellbeing and facilitating professional development.
