Minimum Wage Changes as of 1st April 2016
Apex tenants aged over 25 and earning minimum wage should have received an increase to the National Minimum wage as of 1st April 2016.
This means that you should now be receiving at least £7.20 per hour. If your income has increased it is important that you inform Housing Benefit of any changes. If you do not report these changes it could mean that you will be overpaid in your housing benefit.
