Launch of ‘My Apex’ online portal
Today we have launched our online portal for tenants – ‘My Apex’, so you can easily access information relevant to your tenancy with Apex.
Accessible on all devices, ‘My Apex’ includes a digital version of your tenants’ manual, which can be easily navigated to allow you to quickly find the information you need.
The portal also acts as a ‘front door’ to a host of other relevant information, including how to report a repair and how to pay your rent; and signpost you to contact information for welfare advice or your housing officer.
In the coming years, we hope to develop this online area further to offer a more personalised and streamlined service for tenants.
