Please join in our Easter Bake-Along. We are going to be making some Rocky Road treats with an Easter twist. It’s all happening on ‘Zoom’ this Easter Thursday, 1st April at 11.00 am. So make sure to Zoom in.

The ingredients that we will be using are listed below. But don’t worry there are no hard and fast rules, you can add whatever sweet treats you like and enjoy eating after. Happy Easter! Hopefully, see you on Thursday.

Equipment

Bowl and Saucepan
Chopping board and knife
Measuring cup
Spatula or large spoon
Pyrex dish or tin
Greaseproof paper

Ingredients

160g block of chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
2 tablespoons of golden syrup or honey (optional)
2oz of butter
1 bag of mini chocolate eggs
12 Digestive or Rich Tea biscuits
2 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup nuts or raisins

There are no set rules feel free to add anything you like in addition
