Home visits are back! All staff visits to tenants' homes will follow COVID-19 protocols, and staff will wear the appropriate PPE while in tenants' home.

Home visits are back as COVID-19 restrictions eased

Following the recent relaxation of Coronavirus restrictions, we are pleased to announce that home visits are resuming immediately.

To keep your household and our staff safe, we will call your home 24 hours before we visit to carry out a short questionnaire to check your well-being and those living with you.

All visits will follow Covid-19 protocols, and staff will wear the appropriate PPE while in your home.

We ask, where possible, that tenants open windows to allow for a flow of air and maintain social distancing while staff are in your home.
