It’s that time of year again when we celebrate the green fingers of our tenants.
Apex’s Gardening Competition 2016 is now open for entries. This year the categories are
• Best Overall Kept Garden
• Most Original Garden Features
• Best Hanging Basket
• Special Achievement
Prizes will be presented to the winners and runners up in each category; the winner will receive £50 and the runner up will receive £25.
To enter, please contact your Housing Officer by Friday 26th August who will then arrange to take pictures of your garden. These will be judged in September and the winners announced after that.
If you are proud of what you have achieved in your garden this summer then please make sure you enter. If you have a neighbour with a beautiful garden please encourage them to enter.
