Employment and Training Opportunities for Apex tenants

Are you not working but want to get back into work or training?
If this applies to you Apex, in partnership with GEMS NI and The Princes Trust, is holding an information day in our Belfast Office, 6 Cromac Place, The Gasworks on Wednesday 24th August, between 11am and 3pm. All Apex tenants living in the Belfast area are invited to come along.
GEMS NI
GEMS NI, through the LEMIS+ project, provides the support and training needed to help people back into employment. Regardless of age or background, one to one support will be available from skilled mentors who offer advice on education, training and employment options.
LEMIS+ mentors will be there to discuss progress towards employment. This may be help with CVs or interview practice or perhaps some additional training. The LEMIS+ project offers training in a range of areas such as ICT, childcare, customer care, food hygiene and language for work (a special course designed for foreign nationals who need help with their English in the workplace).
Come along to the information day on Wednesday 24th August from 11am -3pm at the Gasworks to find out more about how LEMIS+ can help you.
“You have done more for me in a couple of days than anyone has done for me in four years.” – a LEMIS+ client.
