Courses available with Prince’s Trust for 16-24 year olds
Apex is now working with the Prince’s Trust to offer tenants and family members access to new skills and employment opportunities. These programmes are available throughout Northern Ireland with some starting in the next few weeks.
Get Started Programme
This programme offers you the opportunity to take part in a week of activities with help from local experts. These are free of charge and do not affect any benefits you receive. Lunch and travel expenses are also provided.

Get into Programme
This programme offers you the opportunity to gain work experience and training in a specific sector. These are also free of charge and do not affect your benefits. Travel costs will be covered and some support may be provided for lunch or childcare. The following courses will be starting soon locally:-
- Get into Health & Social Care
- Get into Retail with Marks & Spencer
To be eligible to apply for the programmes you have to be aged between 16-24 and unemployed. If you are interested in any of the programmes listed above please contact our Financial Inclusion Officer, Michael Lyttle, on 02871304800 and he will complete a referral for you.
