As a result of government advice, all office-based Apex staff are now working remotely. If you phone Apex, a voicemail service will prompt you to leave a short message including your name, address, the reason for your call and a telephone number. Your message will be forwarded to the relevant department and you will receive a call back within one working day (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
If possible, you are encouraged to communicate with Apex via email. Please email staff members directly (if you know their email address) or alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and from there your email will be forwarded to the appropriate person or department.

We are taking government advice on social distancing very seriously and so have enabled all our office based staff to work remotely; whilst making every effort to ensure that on-going levels of support will continue to be in place to maintain all essential services.
In addition to our telephone voicemail service and the ability to contact staff via email, our website also allows you to report repairs and pay your rent online; and will continue to provide regular news in relation to Apex services affected by the Covid-19 situation. We will continue to keep you updated.
