Brand new family homes in Omagh
Nicola Judge and her son Alex are very excited to be moving into their brand-new home at Ballinamullan Road in Omagh, provided by Apex Housing Association. Theirs is one of four homes in the development which were completed and handed over to tenants last week.
Ballinamullan Road is a brand-new development from Apex with funding provided by the Department for Communities, delivered through the Northern Ireland Executive. The development is located on the outskirts of Omagh but within easy reach of the town centre.
New tenant, Nicola Judge, commented:
I’m looking forward to moving into the house with my son and knowing that I’ve got a future home for the both of us. I love that the house is brand new and that we can make it our own. The location on the outskirts of town means we’ll have peace and quiet and will be able to enjoy some beautiful scenery whilst out walking with our dog.
