Earn as you learn! This two-year apprenticeship will be the first step on your career path to becoming a housing management professional. You will be at the heart of social housing working within our local communities.
As an apprentice in Apex Housing Association, you’ll help create a future where everyone has a home, while gaining two nationally recognised qualifications and earning a competitive salary. No prior experience is needed: just the right attitude and a desire to develop your career.

Level 3 Housing Practice Apprentice Programme (2 years)
Permanent roles in Derry~Londonderry or Belfast
37 hours per week
£18,889 per annum
Four days a week in the workplace and one study day
Am I eligible?
This apprenticeship is open to participants with five GCSE qualifications grade C or above, including English and Mathematics OR equivalent qualifications.
Whether you’ve just left school, or are looking for a change in career, you must be no older than 24.
You must have a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the post in full including with reasonable travel timeframes.

This apprenticeship will allow you to attain two academic qualifications: Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice and OCN (NI) Level 3 in Housing Practice.
On successful completion of the programme, you will have a permanent job in a role in one of seven housing associations who are working together to deliver this exciting programme.
