Apex provides high quality homes and delivers care and support to individuals in a variety of settings across Northern Ireland. We are a registered housing association led by a voluntary Board of Management.

Apex provides general needs housing for families and single people and purpose built accommodation and related services for older people, those with learning difficulties, mental health difficulties, alcohol/drug addictions, those who are physically disabled and young people in need of support. We also provide a range of services and support for tenants and the wider community through our community investment programme.
Apex’s turnover is currently £55m per annum. We manage more than 6,000 homes and develop around 400 new homes each year.
Board Members
We are seeking forward thinking board members who share our values and can help us to deliver our vision.
This is a voluntary role; however all out of pocket expenses incurred undertaking the role will be reimbursed.
Our Board normally meet 6 times per year and attendance at Committee meetings, training and events means that the average time commitment is approximately 10 days per year.
We are seeking applications from those with knowledge and experience at a senior level in relevant organisations, who can demonstrate skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- financial management
- health and social care
- legal matters
- education and training
Experience in the public, private, community or voluntary sectors and knowledge of good governance is desirable.
