Apex tenants invited to Financial Wellbeing Event
Apex is holding a ‘Boost Your Financial Wellbeing’ event today in the Cornshell Fields Community Centre from 4pm to 6pm and would like to invite all our tenants along.
Advice will be available on a one to one confidential basis on:
• Housing Benefit
• Understanding your rent account
• Bedroom tax, Benefit Cap, PIP
• Dealing with debts
• Energy Bills
• Budgeting
• Setting up bank accounts
• Setting up Credit Union accounts
Refreshments will be provided and everyone who attends will receive a free raffle ticket for entry into the Christmas draw – with a prize of a £50 voucher for SuperValu to be won.
If you would like to make a food donation to the Foyle foodbank this can be dropped at the centre today as well.
Housing Officers and the Financial Inclusion Officer and a representative from the Credit Union will be in attendance for anyone that needs support or advice.
