Play parks to re-open
Following the relaxation of Coronavirus restrictions, the vast majority of Apex play parks will now reopen on Wednesday 29 July.
These play parks have undergone a deep clean by our grounds maintenance teams and have been inspected to ensure they are safe and in good working order.
Unfortunately, three play parks still require essential maintenance prior to opening. Clon Elagh Play Park 3, Derrymore Play Park and Racecourse (Jakes Park) in Derry~Londonderry are scheduled to open next week (w/c 3rd August).
If you plan to make use of your local Apex play park, you are asked to adhere to the below guidelines. Signage outlining these guidelines will also be displayed prominently at each play park.
- If the park is busy and social distancing will be difficult to adhere to, please consider the risk for you and your family before entering.
- Wash or sanitise your hands thoroughly before entering and after leaving the play park.
- Please social distance from people outside of your own household.
- If you or anyone in your household feel unwell, please do not enter the play park and go home.
- Please refrain from eating or drinking in our play parks.
