The allotments where officially opened on Saturday 15th August by the city’s Mayor Elisha McCallion accompanied by Gerry Kelly Chief Executive of Apex.
The opening launch was very well attended and enjoyed by children and adults alike with the organisers having arranged music, face painting, pony rides and an array of small farm animals and birds of prey on display.
