Allocations service update
In light of current Covid-19 government advice to stay at home, Apex Housing Association has suspended all empty home re-lets, sign-ups and mutual exchanges until further notice. Some new build handovers scheduled for the coming period will also be deferred.
Donna Matthewson, Director of Housing, commented:
We understand that this will cause disappointment among tenants who have been looking forward to moving into a more suitable home in one of our communities. However, we must prioritise the safety of tenants, staff and contractors at this extraordinary time.
All those affected by this decision will be contacted directly in the coming days.
