A celebration of tenants

Last week, we officially launched our Tenant & Resident Engagement Strategy for 2023-2026 at our annual Tenant Celebration event.

The event, held in The Burnavon in Cookstown this year, was an opportunity to thank tenants and residents who give up their time to help improve our services. Those in attendance enjoyed the chance to get together in person, whilst also hearing from staff about ongoing work to engage with tenants. The event concluded with a few games of bingo and a lovely lunch.

Donna Matthewson, Apex’s Director of Housing, spoke at the event:

Today is about celebrating all the hard work our tenants do week in and week out to help Apex. I want to express our sincere thanks to all of you who give up your time to help us improve our services, which in turn helps to make our communities welcoming and thriving places to live.
