Development sites required in areas of high social need
Apex Housing is interested in purchasing development sites in areas of high social need in Northern Ireland.
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) website www.nihe.gov.uk includes a section called ‘Search the SHDP & Unmet Need Prospectus’. The Unmet Need Prospectus identifies and guides land owners/developers towards suitable locations in Northern Ireland where a need for social housing currently exists.
