October quarterly rent statements delayed
Quarterly rent statements due to be posted to tenants during October will be sent later in the winter, but any tenant interested in receiving a full breakdown of their rent account is encouraged to phone or email their housing officer at any time.
Donna Matthewson, Director of Housing, explains:
Due to Covid-19 government guidance, all office staff are now working from home and therefore it’s not feasible for these statements to be sent by post for this quarter. Our aim is to post them later in the winter.
As always you can contact your housing officer at any time for a breakdown of your rent account or to discuss any difficulties you may be having in paying your rent in these challenging times.
