All Apex tenants will have by now received a copy of our new Tenant Participation calendar in the latest edition of the Observer.
Please keep this handy, pinned up on the fridge or notice board, so that you have plenty of notice about our forthcoming events which hopefully you will find useful and supportive. They will also give you the opportunity to provide feedback which we value and will in turn help us improve our services.
Our first event is a focus group which will review the style, content and usefulness of the Observer; so we would love to hear your opinions! The focus group meetings will be taking place in both our Belfast and Londonderry~Derry offices to allow as many people as possible to attend. Travel costs will be reimbursed and lunch will be provided. Please check out the calendar for dates and times.
We plan to produce a calendar for tenants every six months and we depend on your feedback to inform our review of the activities and events that we organise.
