Scary character at Portglenone!Scary happenings in Portglenone
Apex recently completed the construction of its second Housing For All shared neighbourhood in Portglenone which is now occupied.
As part of our programme of good relations activities involving the surrounding area we ran our first bridging and bonding event – Halloween Pumpkin Carving ably assisted by Portglenone Enterprise Group.
We had a brilliant turn out with over 130 people coming along. The young people sported their scary costumes while they carved pumpkins, enjoyed the bouncy castle and had their face painted. The adults were able to relax and chat over tea and some tasty food.
We are thrilled to have had such a great turn out at our first event and intend to hold other activities in the near future.
