Tenants from St Bernadettes Avenue and O’Neills Lane in Belfast are invited to take part in a 6 week couch to 3k programme.
The programme is being facilitated by coaches from the Rock Runners.
Coaches will pace participants over the 6 weeks to progress from walking to running 3k. The programme is suitable for all ages and abilities and is a great was to start journey to being fit and healthy.
