The Service Review of Tenant Participation will be taking place on 27^th January 2022 at 11am. In this review we will be looking at the Apex’s Tenant Participation department and ways we can improve this service. We need Apex Tenants to get involved and give their opinions on how we are running Tenant Participation and tell us about improvements we can make.

The service review will last about an hour and is going to have 8 tenants taking part.  This can be either in person or by zoom and there is an opportunity to look at what Apex currently provides and what you think should be included as well.  There may be a follow up meeting to review what was suggested and how we can successfully implement these suggestions.  Every tenant that takes part will be given a £25 voucher of their choice at the end of the process.
