This year’s gardening programme is starting on Wednesday 17th May, 12-1pm and will run every Wednesday for approx. three months. Learn from resident gardener Kevin Campbell how to cultivate a vegetable patch, spend time outdoors, enjoy nature and meet new people.
It’s been shown that gardening lightens mood and lower levels of stress and anxiety. It’s very gratifying to plant, tend, harvest and share your own food.
