This is a four week healthy eating course happening every Friday from 4th March 2022 in either the Apex Living Centre, Derry~Londonderry or a venue in Newcastle TBC.
It is an in-person course and the ingredients will be supplied by Apex for everyone there. There will be bus to collect you and take you to and from the course. Our resident chef Charlie Dillon will be cooking a healthy dinner for a family of five each Friday for 4 weeks.
