Following the easing of Government restrictions various elements of our allocations service have now resumed, including; offer letters, new build sign-ups and handovers, sign-ups for empty properties and direct exchanges. Read more HERE.
Visiting our offices
Our offices remain closed to the public, but over the coming period some people will be asked to visit for essential appointments, for example to sign new tenancy agreements. While in our offices we request that you adhere to guidance to comply with public health legislation and advice.
Visiting Apex schemes
In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, members of the public should refrain from visiting any of our Supported Living schemes until further notice.
If your circumstances have changed as a result of Covid-19 and this is causing you financial worries, your housing officer will support you. Phone them on 028 7130 4800 or email them directly.
Quarterly rent statements
Quarterly rent statements due to be posted to tenants during April will be sent later in the summer, but any tenant interested in receiving a full breakdown of their rent account is encouraged to phone or email their housing officer at any time.
In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, staff will not be carrying out home visits until further notice. Services will continue to be delivered as much as possible whilst avoiding face-to-face contact.
All Apex play parks are currently closed to the public to help maintain social distancing.
