St Canice’s Close consists of 20 self-contained flats and 4 bungalows for tenants over 60 years of age. Set in beautiful gardens in a lovely quiet area of Eglinton, it is within walking distance of the village.
All flats are enhanced with a secure door entry system and an emergency call system in each room of the flat with lift access to the first floor.
Communal areas include common room with 2 computers, guest room, communal (wheelchair accessible) shower room, hairdressing salon, quiet room and laundry.
Local Health Centre, church and bus stop are a 2 minute walk. The chemist, post office, supermarket, off-licence, take-away, restaurant and many more facilities in the village are all within easy walking distance.
