Situation: Parkview Court: situated in the grounds of Parkview House on Parkview Road in Castlederg, offers sheltered accommodation for independent living for tenants over 60 years of age. It is owned and managed by Apex Housing Association.

Individual Facilities: Parkview Court consists of 10 one & two bedroom bungalows all enhanced with an emergency call system in each room. Set in landscaped grounds with seating facilities adjacent to the River Derg, it has pleasing views of the surrounding countryside. Centrally located the scheme is within easy reach of all local amenities and walking distance of the main shopping area of the town.

Support: Support needs are assessed through the support planning process when an individual moves into Parkview Court in order to ensure the individual’s needs can be met. Support needs are discussed and agreed with the tenant to promote choice and independence on an ongoing basis.

Staff are available on Scheme Monday to Friday for 21 hours per week, with Radius Connect 24 providing cover outside of these times.
